# Instructions

> Agent の職務記述書

Instructions は、Agent が誰で、どう働くかを書いた本文です。Agent は回答のたびに必ずこれを読みます。Agent の出来をいちばん大きく左右する部分です。

## よい Instructions に書かれていること

* **Agent が誰か** - 役割と、受け持つ範囲
* **できることとできないこと** - 能力の限界。手に負えないことを安請け合いしないために
* **仕事の順番** - 最初に何をし、次に何をし、どこで確認を取るか
* **口調と言語** - 相手をどう呼ぶか、回答の長さ、どの言語で返すか
* **絶対のルール** - 数字を作らないなど、間違えてはいけないこと

| **AI で改善** | いま開いている内容をアシスタントに磨いてもらう |
| **テストチャット** | Agent と話して、意図したとおりに振る舞うか確かめる |

  新しく入る人への職務記述書を書くつもりで Instructions を書いてください。具体的に、例を添えて、例外まで書き切る。あいまいな書き方からはあいまいな回答しか返ってきません。
