# Tạo tài liệu mới

Khi kho tri thức chưa có tài liệu nào, màn hình hiển thị thông báo: **"Không có kết quả"**

### Thao tác có thể thực hiện

* Tạo thư mục mới
* Tải tệp (tài liệu) lên

### Bước 1: Mở menu tạo

* Nhấn nút **"Tạo"** (góc phải màn hình)

Chọn một trong hai tùy chọn:

* **"Thư mục mới"** – Tạo thư mục
* **"Tải tài liệu lên"** – Tải tệp

### Bước 2.1: Tạo thư mục mới

Chọn **"Thư mục mới"** từ menu. Popup **Tạo thư mục mới** xuất hiện

* Nhập **Tên thư mục** *(bắt buộc, tối đa 50 ký tự)*
* Nhấn **"Tạo mới"** để hoàn tất

### Bước 2.2: Tải tài liệu lên

Chọn **"Tải tài liệu lên"** từ menu. Cửa sổ **Tải tài liệu lên** xuất hiện

* Nhấn vào vùng tải lên hoặc **kéo & thả tệp** vào khu vực này
* Khi tài liệu được chọn, hệ thống sẽ hiển thị **tiến trình tải lên** ngay bên dưới tên tài liệu
* Danh sách tệp đã chọn hiển thị bên dưới vùng tải

#### Quản lý tệp trước khi tải

* Nhấn biểu tượng **❌** bên cạnh tên tệp để xóa từng tệp
* Nhấn **"Xóa"** để xóa toàn bộ tệp đã chọn

#### Hoàn tất

* Nhấn **"Lưu & Xử lý"** để bắt đầu tải lên
* Nhấn **"Hủy"** để quay lại màn hình danh sách tài liệu (không lưu tệp)

### Lưu ý

* Hệ thống hỗ trợ các định dạng:
  * PDF, PDF Scan
  * DOC, DOCX
  * PPT, PPTX
  * XLS, XLSX
  * CSV
* Với các tệp DOC, DOCX, PPT, PPTX, XLS, XLSX, CSV\
  → Hệ thống sẽ **tự động chuyển đổi sang PDF** trước khi xử lý
  Việc chuyển đổi giúp:
  * Đảm bảo tính ổn định
  * Tăng độ chính xác khi trích xuất nội dung
  * Tối ưu chất lượng dữ liệu trong kho tri thức
* Giới hạn:
  * **Dung lượng tối đa:** 30MB / tệp
  * **Số lượng tối đa:** 6 tệp / lần tải
* Nếu có lỗi có thể xóa tệp và tải lại
